dc.description.abstract | Human activities, in particular those related to water, energy, and food security, involve inherently complex interactions between natural and human-created systems. Therefore, proper identification and management of vulnerabilities associated with systemic risk in such systems are vital to optimizing water, energy, and food supply. This research study characterizes the current status of those systems in Norway through the water-energy-food nexus approach, identifying the main stakeholders that influence the interactions between the systems and the vulnerabilities within the Norwegian water-energy-food nexus associated with system risk through the use of the MACTOR method.
