Abstract
Consulting firms have witnessed a significant rise in rivalry for customers and resources, prompting
them to consider how they might make the most of their resources (UK, 2019). This thesis aims to
determine what strategic implications and prospects this has for Cegal under investigation. Two
primary sectors in the industry provide various options for seamless resource management (Smith,
2022). To study how this will impact Cegal on a strategic level, the paper asks, what will be the
strategic significance of seamless resource management in Cegal? The findings are supported by
qualitative interviews with firm executives and conducted as an inductive, interpretive approach.
It means that the data sampled is from a small group. However, highly competent candidates and
the data link the research objectives and historical theory within the subject. It indicates that a
seamless resource management approach for Cegal means more use of tools and historical data to
allocate the right resources to the suitable client and forecast opportunities and technology trends.
On a strategic level, the company will become more data-driven and have the capabilities to
implement a dynamic strategy that could easily be tailored to the constantly changing market
demand.
