Both research and national governing documents call for knowledge about how the kindergarten should facilitate inclusive practice. There is a demand for models for competence development that capture the kindergarten’s need for competence development through collaboration between the kindergarten and the municipalities’ educational and psychological counselling service (PPT). This chapter reports on results from an interdisciplinary and interagency innovation project. The aim is to introduce and explore new practices for collaboration between kindergartens, the PPT and the municipalities’ special educational support system. The chapter presents results from an analysis of one of the collaboration meetings. The analyses give an account of the discussion taking place in this meeting after the educational leader’s introduction and presentation of the current topic she wants the meeting to discuss. Three episodes (themes) are identified during the discussion: The kindergarten’s work to facilitate inclusive practice, the planning of the coopera tion taking place around children who receive special educational support and how to improve the pedagogical practice. Based on the analyses, the concluding discus sion seeks to shed light on how participation in the monthly meetings contributes to mutual professional learning among the participants.
