Hvordn mener barnehagelærer at de kan skape gode overganger fra frilek til andre aktiviteter?

Abstract

Bacheloroppgaven min baserer seg på overganger innad i barnehagen. Jeg har tatt på meg kvalitativt intervju metode for å høre om erfaringer og tanker barnehagelærer har rundt overganger. Ved hjelp av intervju har jeg samlet datamaterialet og hørt fra fire barnehagelærere hvordan de jobber med voksenrollen, barnas medvirkning for å sikre gode overganger fra barnas frilek til andre aktiviteter. Problemstilling er derfor «Hvordan mener barnehagelærer de kan skape gode overganger fra frilek til andre aktiviteter?». Sentrale begreper i oppgaven min er overgang, barnas medvirkning og voksenrollen. Funn i oppgaven gjengir at de fire informantene hadde begynnende erfaringer i starter av barnehage året med ny sammensatt gruppe av barn, videre opplevde barnehagelærer overgangene lettere resten av året, da både barna og voksne hadde blitt bedre kjent med hverandre. Så viser funn at voksen rolle og barnas medvirkning spilte en viktig faktor i de overgangene innad i barnehagen.

My bachelor's thesis is based on transitions within the kindergarten. I have taken on a qualitative interview method to get a picture of the experiences and thoughts kindergarten teachers have about transitions. Using interviews, I have collected the data and heard from four kindergarten teachers how they work with the adult role, the children's participation to ensure good transitions from the children's free play to other activities. The problem is therefore "How do kindergarten teachers think they can create good transitions from free play to other activities?". Central concepts in my thesis are transition, the children's participation and the adult role. Findings in the thesis show that the four informants had constructive experiences at the start of kindergarten the year with a newly composed group of children, and the kindergarten teacher experienced easier transitions in the rest of the year as both the children and the adult had gotten to know each other better. The findings then show that the adult's role and the children's participation played an important factor in the transitions into kindergarten.
