| dc.description.abstract | Hva hindrer barneverntjenesten i å avdekke vold i nære relasjoner? Studien baseres på en litteraturstudie, hvor fire vitenskapelige artikler er valgt på bakgrunn av forhåndsbestemte inklusjons- og eksklusjonskriterier. Resultatet viser til flere medvirkende faktorer rundt barnet, som knyttes til hva som kan hindre barneverntjenesten i å avdekke vold. 1. Faktorer hos saksbehandler, 2. Faktorer på organisasjonsnivå, 3. Faktorer i det tverrfaglige samarbeidet og 4. Faktorer i samarbeidet med foreldre. | |
| dc.description.abstract | What prevents the child welfare service from uncovering violence in close relationships? The study is based on a literature study, where four scientific articles are selected on the basis of predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The result refers to several contributing factors around the child, which are linked to what can prevent the child welfare service from detecting violence. 1. Factors in the caseworker, 2. Factors at the organizational level, 3. Factors in the interdisciplinary collaboration and 4. Factors in the collaboration with parents. | |
