dc.description.abstract	This paper set out to identify and evaluate the risk management tools and processes currently being used by M&MS department and if possible obtain an understanding of the overall risk culture in the organization. The research method consisted mainly of document review and a questionnaire, but also enquiries directly to key personnel within the company pr. email and live chat. The findings indicate that the culture of risk management in M&MS is somewhat underdeveloped. There is no broad use of the risk management tools and the knowledge regarding them and the risk management process is not sufficient.	nb_NO
