Abstract

Ved hjelp av empiri innhenta gjennom intervju med mjølkebønder og ein kritisk gjennomgang av teori innan leiing og endringsleiing, har oppgåva freista å besvara forskingsspørsmålet i oppgåva, Har hensikt og endringsklarhet endra seg mellom to generasjonar mjølkebønder, og så høve korleis?

Ved å samstille deler av to modellar innan endringsklarhet og hensikt med empiri, har ein kunne svara på forskningsspørsmålet, antyda potensielle konsekvenser av forskinga, og gitt råd til framtidige forskarar og praktikarar.

Forskinga i oppgåva har synt at hensikt og endringsklarhet har endra seg frå ein generasjon mjølkebønder til den neste. Dette vil kunne gjera at bøndene står betre rusta til å delta i omstillinga som landbruk og myndigheiter har kravd, i kjølvatnet av opprettinga av FN sine 17 berekraftmål.

Using empirical data obtained through interviews with dairy farmers and a critical review of theory within management and change management, the thesis has been tempted to answer the research question in the thesis.

By compiling parts of modeling within change readiness and purpose, combined with empirical data, one can answer the research question, suggest potential consequences of the research, and give advice to future researchers and practitioners.

The research in the thesis has shown that the purpose and readiness for change have changed from one generation of dairy farmers to the next. This could mean that the farmers are better equipped to participate in the restructuring that agriculture and the authorities have demanded, in the wake of the establishment of the UN's 17 sustainability goals.

Recommendations for further research: 1. The change agent's role in the restructuring of agriculture 2. The connection between change fatigue among farmers and the decline in the number of farms 3. A possible harmonization between purpose and readiness for change, using the models TLL and the Change Report

Recommendations for authorities and agricultural organizations 1. Clarifies the change message in communication with farmers 2.Coordinate change program to avoid change fatigue 3.Use the findings in the thesis to see that readiness for change and purpose are not static. 4. Introduce intent into the core of the organization and focus on what is best for most people.
