Interprofessional collaboration and research networking in Global North–Global South partnerships

Abstract

In this chapter, we reflect on the benefits and challenges of cross-sector and inter-continental partnerships that work together to improve the lives of children living with disability in Tanzania. We draw on the contact hypothesis, particularly the equity dimension, as a reflection framework. Potential strategies to address these challenges and stimulate social innovation are presented.
