Hva motiverte de tre første kullene med toll-studenter til å søke seg inn på toll-studiet?

Abstract

Vi har undersøkt hvilke faktorer som har påvirket motivasjonen til studentene ved de tre kullene på studieprogrammet toll, vareførsel og grensekontroll. Vi sendte ut en spørreundersøkelse angående dette temaet og har fått inn svar fra studentene. Vi prøver så å forklare reslutatene ut fra motivasjonsteorier kjent fra psykologien. Vi tar for oss selvdetermineringsteorien og Maslow's behovspyrmaide i denne oppgaven for å belyse relsutatene ut fra teori kjent fra pensum.

We have investigated which factors have influenced the motivation of the students at the three cohorts of the study program customs, goods handling and border control. We sent out a survey regarding this topic and have received answers from the students. We then try to explain the results based on motivational theories known from psychology. We will be using the self-determination theory and Maslow's pyramid of needs in this assignment to illuminate the results based on theory known from the syllabus.
