Over the past decades, there has been an emerging necessity to tackle issues faced by organizations in an effective and sustained manner. Research findings have laid a lot weight on using evidence-based practices that involve measuring data and resolving issues based on evidence over a period of time in a sustained manner. Organization Behavior Management, OBM, a branch of Applied Behavior Analysis, has proved effective in tackling organizational issues in an effective and sustained manner. It is the emerging science that has in the last decades provided solutions based on data and evidence and has been increasingly adopted by organizations operating in varied industries, worldwide. In OBM, an undesired situation or behavior can be addressed by changing or modifying the environment to obtain the desired outcome or behavior. This concept has widespread application and forms the basis of problem solving. This research is an attempt to provide evidence that the organizational issues especially related to employee behavior can be effectively addressed by practising the OBM concepts. This research has attempted to conclude this by taking data on job satisfaction by means of interviews from employees of four different organizations operating in different business areas. The data on the organization structure and the work environment based on demographic differences were also evaluated as these factors add to the greater boundaries of job satisfaction. The research also briefly documents the work and principles of an organization behavior consultancy firm. Results show that the organizations that have taken initiatives over a period of time to adopt evidence-based practices and a more adaptive structure of operation have the employees who are most satisfied. Employees in these organizations are highly motivated, there is low attrition rate, lower sick leaves and the work force feels respected and valued. The results throw light on the fact that though employees value job security and salaries matching industry standards, the overall drive and motivation comes from sustained positive work environment and the feeling of being included, valued and respected. Hence, organizations will benefit immensely by investing time and resources by adopting evidence-based practices, namely Organization Behavior Management, to attain a sustained healthy work environment resulting in desired employee behavior, eventually leading to sustained growth and performance of the organization. Key words: Organizational Behavior Management, Applied Behavior Analysis, Evidence- Based Practices, Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Employee Behavior
