The modern scientific and technological revolution in the development of hydrocarbon resources of the World Ocean has led to a paradigm shift in the development of oil and gas fields. The new paradigm for the development of resources in the Arctic is a new concept of values, technological and technical solutions aimed at maximizing the growth of capitalization and the return on the main assets of oil and gas companies in real-time. Due to the growing interest in the development of hydrocarbon fields on the West Arctic shelf, the issue of designing ice-resistant hydraulic structures capable of year-round operation in the harsh conditions of the Arctic is of particular importance. Over the past 50 years, a rich material has been accumulated on the natural-climatic characteristics of the Pechora Sea in the areas of proposed production. The master thesis contains information on the climatic conditions of the Pechora Sea, as well as the hydrology of the region. Three structures of the North-West license area were selected for cluster development: Mezhdusharskaya, Kostinosharskaya and Papaninskaya. Of the four proposed concepts, the most reliable was proposed in terms of technological maturity and minimal risks during operation. The choice of the platform, as well as the subsea production system of the cluster. The calculation of the economic profitability of the project was made.
