This paper proposes an e-readiness assessment model for evaluating the e-readiness of ICT Companies of Iran. The proposed e-readiness model consists of dimensions and indicators which are selected by a multilateral survey of existing frameworks and models of nations and SMEs in e-readiness assessment area.
