Abstract
The aim of the project is improving available approaches in Cloud Computing security. Because there is some limitations for understanding there is

not enough information that how available Clouds are working and security

approaches are engaged. The mentioned data is limited by commercial vendors. So, an open source Cloud was implemented and security concerns were

studied.

OpenStack and DevStack were chosen as an open source Clouds. Different

modules of platform and their internal communication were taken in consideration. Because the main focus of the project is on the network component,

a variety of network background structures were studied. Different security

drawbacks were comprehended and listed as threats in network part. But

the key concern is security between virtual machine of different customers.

There is lots of approaches for preventing and detecting security threats. In

current observation detection is provided by intrusion detection system. The

detective solution is employed for multiple compromising. But in this observation with usage of intrusion detection system, abnormal behaviors among

the virtual machines of two customers were identified.
