Betydningen og anvendelsen av barnevernspedagogers faglige kompetanse i skolen

Abstract

Denne bacheloroppgaven omhandler barnevernspedagogers faglige kompetanse i skolen gjennom tverrfaglig samarbeid, og hvilken betydning denne kompetansen har for barn i skolen. Problemstillingen er «Hvordan kan barnevernspedagogers faglige kompetanse være en ressurs eksternt og internt i skolen i arbeidet for barns beste?». Den teoretiske referanserammen for oppgaven tar utgangpunkt i fire-perspektivmodellen, Bronfenbrennes bioøkologiske teori og transaksjonsmodellen. Metoden som blir anvend i oppgaven for å svare på problemstillingen er litteraturstudie, og det blir brukt tematisk analyse i drøftingen av funnene. Drøftingen har fokus på fem hovedtema, (1) hierarkisk rolle og faglig autonomi i tverrfaglig samarbeid, (2) barnevernspedagogers praktiske rolle i skolen, (3) vellykket tverrfaglig samarbeid og (4) betydningen av tverrfaglig samarbeid for barn i skolen.

This bachelor thesis deals with child welfare workers' professional competence in school through interdisciplinary collaboration, and what significance this competence has for children in school. The problem is "How can the child welfare educators' professional competence be a resource externally and internally in the school in the work for the benefit of children?". The theoretical frame of reference for the thesis is based on the four-perspective model, Bronfenbrenne's bioecological theory and the transaction model. The method used in the thesis to answer the problem is a literature study, and thematic analysis is used in the discussion of the findings. The discussion focuses on five main themes, (1) hierarchical role and professional autonomy in interdisciplinary collaboration, (2) child welfare workers' practical role in school, (3) successful interdisciplinary collaboration and (4) the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration for children in school.
