NHOs adferd gjennom instrumentell og institusjonell teori - Organisasjonsadferd i møte med press fra omgivelsene

Abstract

Oppgaven ser på NHOs adferd og handlinger ved interesseheving gjennom et instrumentelt og institusjonelt teoretisk perspektiv. Analysen ønsker å forklare den ubenyttede bruken av midlertidige ansatte når liberalisering rundt reglene for dette ble åpnet opp for i 2015, og ser NHOs interessehevding i lys at dette. Ved bruk av et instrumentelt teoretisk perspektiv kan NHO sees på som et verktøy for måloppnåelse for sine medlemmer. Og ved bruk av institusjonelt teoretisk perspektiv er NHO én aktør blant flere, hvor motstridende interesser og press i sosiale normer får innvirkning på adferd. Drøftingen tar for seg NHO som interesseaktør, og fleksibiliteten lovendringen i 2015 gav medlemsbedriftene dens, og hvilke rolle NHOs adferd og handlinger kan ha spilt en rolle i dette. Og hva gjør et normativt press fra omgivelsene med NHOs adferd og handlinger med organisasjonens interessehevding.

The thesis looks at NHO's behavior and actions by raising interest through an instrumental and institutional theoretical perspective. The analysis wants to explain the unused utilization of temporary employees when liberalization around the rules for this was opened up in 2015, and sees NHO's claim of interest in light of this. Using an instrumental theoretical perspective, NHO can be seen as a tool for goal achievement for its members. And by using an institutional theoretical perspective, NHO is one actor among several, where conflicting interests and pressure in social norms have an impact on behavior. The discussion addresses NHO as a stakeholder, and the flexibility the legislative change in 2015 gave its member companies, and what role NHO's behavior and actions may have played a role in this. And what does a normative pressure from the environment do with NHO's behavior and actions with the organization's assertion of interests.
