Omsorg og relasjon i medvirkning

Abstract

Denne oppgaven handler om ungdommers medvirkning i barnevernet, og viser hvordan bruk av traumebevisst omsorg og miljøarbeiderens kunnskap og praksis i relasjonsarbeid, kan gi ungdommen trygghet til økt deltakelse og tro på å kunne medvirke i eget liv. I denne oppgaven utforskes hvordan god omsorg og relasjonsarbeid kan bidra til ungdoms medvirkning, og det er brukt litteraturstudie som metode.

This thesis is about young people's participation in child welfare, and shows how the use of trauma-conscious care and the environmental worker's knowledge and practice in relationship work, can give young people confidence in increased participation and faith in being able to participate in their own lives. This thesis explores how good care and relationship work can contribute to young people's participation, and a literature study has been used as a method.
