Innendørs orientering med småspill

Abstract

Oppgaven gikk ut på å lage en app som gjør det mulig å arrangere innendørs orientering. Applikasjonen vi har laget gir en administrator mulighet til å opprette løyper og poster, samt å redigere disse. Postene inneholder en quiz eller et spill, og nås av brukeren ved å skanne en QR-kode. For at brukeren skal komme seg videre til neste post, gis en visuell retningsanvisning i form av en serie bilder med tilhørende tekst.

Oppgaven ble løst ved å lage en mobiltilpasset nettside med ASP.NET Core som backend og en frontend i React. Spillene ble laget med JavaScript, og QR-kodene ble generert med en ekstern API. Alle målene vi satt oss i starten ble fullført, og er vi fornøyd med resultatet.

The task was to create an app that makes it possible to organize indoor orienteering. The application we have created allows an administrator to create checkpoints and tracks, as well as to edit them. The tracks contain a quiz or a game, and are accessed by the user by scanning a QR code. In order for the user to move on to the next checkpoint, visual directions are provided in the form of a of a series of images with accompanying text.

The task was solved by creating a mobile-friendly website using ASP.NET Core as a backend and a frontend in React. The games were created with JavaScript, and the QR codes were generated with an external API. All the goals we set at the beginning of the project were completed, and we are happy with the result.
