dc.description.abstract | This research paper is a descriptive case study of 10 hotel employees collected through in-depth interviews in Stavanger region. The study is focusing on hotel employee’s view of workplace satisfaction and what they think contributes to workplace satisfaction. The study indicates that organizational culture, fair treatment, stress, salary, communication, relationship between co-workers is factors among others which influence employee’s workplace satisfaction. The researcher has looked at previous theory to gain insight and knowledge of previous findings before compared it to this research papers findings. There were many similar findings which indicate that workplace satisfaction is influenced by more or less same factors. | en_US |
