Abstract

Formålet med denne oppgaven er å få et innblikk i hvordan kvinner har kjempet seg ut av undertrykkelse i Norges patriarkalske samfunn, med fokus på datidens kvinners tilgang til arbeidsmarkedet i tiden mellom 1900 og 1970. Oppgaven undersøker hvordan kvinners liv så ut på denne tiden og hvordan samfunnet, kvinners liv og deres tilgang til arbeidsmarkedet utviklet seg.

The purpose of this thesis is to gain insight into how women have fought their way out of oppression in Norway's patriarchal society, with a focus on women's access to the labor market between 1900 and 1970. The thesis examines what women's lives looked like at this point in history and how society, women's lives and their access to the labor market developed.
