Abstract

Wildlife tourism is like a two-edged sword, on the one hand it is a fantastic experience with wild animals in focus that you remember for the rest of your life while on the other hand you can ask yourself if it is ethical when you sees the back of the industry. Developing ethical and sustainable wildlife destinations is a major challenge for the tourism industry, as the natural boundaries are often blurred. Therefore, it is important that the various stakeholders work together on regulations that protect wildlife and the local economy.
