Sammendrag
The purpose of this study was to explore how cultural diversity in social interactionsbetween co-workers in the hospitality industry. The research question is “How do hospitalityleaders and employees perceive and experience cultural diversity in social interactions in theworkplace?”. To answer this research question, a qualitative, exploratory research design wasused to collect narratives. This through semi-structured interviews. The interview questionsfocused on topics related to cultural diversity and social interactions, such as perceptions ofcultural diversity, and experiences with cultural diversity. The interviews were transcribed,and analyzed following the format of a thematic analysis.
