«Hvilke mulige tiltak, løsninger og virkemidler har vi for å redusere overturisme?».

Abstract

Vi har valgt å skrive om temaet overturisme og hvilke løsninger, virkemidler og tiltak som allerede er tatt i bruk, og som potensielt kan tas i bruk for å dempe overturisme. Oppgaven i seg selv er delt inn i seks deler; Innledning, teori, metode, case, resultat og drøfting og konklusjon, hvor vi går dypere inn i temaet og til slutt får et resultat av vår forskning. I tillegg til selve oppgaven har vi med forsiden, søknaden vår for bacheloren, innholdsfortegnelse, forord, sammendrag, kildeliste og vedlegg.

Innledningen er en kort redegjørelse for problemstillingen og bakgrunn for valg av tema. Videre går vi inn på det teoretiske og generelt om overturimse. Her ser vi på hva oveturisme er, hvorfor det er et problem, hvilke mulige løsninger som allerede er tatt i bruk, og mulige fremtidige løsninger.

Vi har valgt å skrive oppgaven vår som en kvalitativ oppgave med litteraturstudier. Vi har funnet og lest 10 akademiske kilder. Metoden gir en detaljert beskrivelse av hvordan vi fant de artiklene vi har brukt. Videre leste vi oss gjennom artikelene og kom fram til et resultat som viser ulike typer løsninger for å dempe overturisme. Vi har valgt å berike oppgaven med et konkret case og da har vi valgt å ta utgangspunkt i. Vi ser på Barcelona som en destinasjon, hvordan overturismen oppstod, og hvordan de nå håndterer den. Her har vi sett på effekten av overturisme og løsninger for innbyggerne og turistene selv. Til slutt har vi et avsnitt med drøfting og konklusjon, hvor vi drøfter resultatet opp mot teorien.

We have chosen to write about the topic of overtourism and which solutions, tools and measures have already been put into use, and which can potentially be used to curb overtourism. The task itself is divided into six parts; Introduction, theory, method, case, result and discussion and conclusion, where we go deeper into the topic and finally get a result of our research. In addition to the thesis itself, we have the cover page, our application for the bachelor's degree, table of contents, foreword, summary, list of sources and appendices.

The introduction is a brief explanation of the problem and background for the choice of topic. Furthermore, we go into the theoretical and general aspects of overturims. Here we look at what overtourism is, why it is a problem, which possible solutions have already been put into use, and possible future solutions.

We have chosen to write our thesis as a qualitative thesis with literature studies. We have found and read 10 academic sources. The method provides a detailed description of how we found the articles we have used. Furthermore, we read through the articles and came up with a result that shows different types of solutions to curb overtourism. We have chosen to enrich the task with a concrete case and then we have chosen to take it as a starting point. We look at Barcelona as a destination, how overtourism arose, and how they now handle it. Here we have looked at the effects of overtourism and solutions for the residents and tourists themselves. Finally, we have a section with discussion and conclusion, where we discuss the result against the theory.
