dc.description.abstract | In the modern business realm, fostering innovative behavior among employees is one of the crucial tasks for the organizational leaders that serves as a cornerstone for the success and durability of enterprises. How does inclusive leader influence the innovative behavior of employees at work? Does psychological safety have a mediating impact on the relationship between inclusive leadership and innovative work behavior? To satisfy the above queries the author conducted a research study. The data were taken from the employees of the service organizations in Norway and analyzed using SPSS. The results support these assumptions, unveiling a positive association among inclusive leadership and both psychological safety and innovative work behavior. Moreover, psychological safety emerged as an intermediary element in the association between inclusive leadership and innovative work behavior. These outcomes underscore the crucial role played by inclusive leadership in nurturing an atmosphere conducive to innovation within enterprises, with mental psychological safety serving as an important element by which leadership impacts employees’ innovative behavior. The implications of this research extend to significant theoretical contributions for the existing literature alongside practical suggestions for business leaders and policymakers, emphasizing the significance of promoting inclusive leadership approaches and establishing psychologically safe work environments to foster innovation and organizational success. | |
