Today, the hospitality and tourism industry is at the center of digital innovation and continues to transform rapidly around the world. Hotels are interested in offering digital services to potential customers as quickly as possible, starting from the stage of choosing a room and ending with paying for accommodation on the website or through a special application. For example, among the technologies currently being tested is HiltonHonors, there are the one which allows users to book hotel services through the app and tailor their vacation experience to their wishes. The hotel business uses this information to automatically develop an individual plan for each guest on subsequent visits. Augmented and virtual reality technologies, etc., are being introduced everywhere, and the products of the tourism and hospitality industry are becoming increasingly more customized. Digitalization has not left any segment of the tourism ecosystem untouched. The UN World Tourism Organization emphasizes that technology permeates all areas of tourism and should be given the highest priority in developing human resources for the industry
